What is your privacy policy?

We do not show your images to anyone unless you say it’s ok! Every client we feature on our website & blog has given us express signed permission to show and use their images in hopes of inspiring others to have this unique experience done for themselves. If you aren’t comfortable with any images being shared, that is completely fine, just let us know!

Do you require a retainer?

A.

Yes, we do require a retainer, to hold and guarantee your portrait date and time.

Do you edit/retouch the images?

A.

Yes, we do! There is an hourly charge for requested retouching and artwork.

A great photographer is able to look at their client and know in an instant the most flattering of lighting techniques to use for any shape, size or age, along with angles to shoot from and clothing suggestions that will help to ensure that you get your perfect portrait. At the consultation, we go through these suggestions and more when planning your portrait session.

How long does it take to receive products?

As all of our products are custom designed and many items are Italian finished, on average it takes between 6-8 weeks from the order date. In some special cases we are able to expedite the process.

I have a limited budget, how much to I need to invest?

A.

We have product to fit every need and every budget, for example a session including the time and skill of two photographers, a 12-inch wall portrait with a custom frame, including a custom photo app of your order for your smart is only $375. We understand that sometimes everything you want isn't in the budget at this very moment, but it is over time, that is why we have a lay-away plan which we would be happy to discuss with you at the consultation.

What forms of payment do you take?

We prefer E-Transfer and Debit but accept Master Card, Visa, Cash & Cheque.

What is your refund policy?

A.

If at the time of your projection you are not satisfied with the selection of images, another session will be booked to give you more to choose from. Though due to the custom nature of photography, the session price and any products ordered are non-refundable.

Do you have insurance and backup?

A.

Yes we are a photography studio with insurance! We also carry back-up equipment in case of malfunction and always have an assistant present to help ensure the highest quality photography!
